After a flood, we hired them to diagnose the boiler and repair it. Since their work, we've been without hot water (which was working perfectly before), and they refuse to take responsibility. They told us to call a plumber because the boiler was fine. After spending money on several plumbers, they now say, in their opinion, that the boiler needs to be checked. It's been a terrible experience with this company; they refuse to take responsibility for any possible misdiagnosis or faulty repair. We still haven't had our hot water fixed, and it's been a month since we had it.
Innotec is the company that has been handling our boiler's annual maintenance for years. "In these times when anything goes," they always send us excellent professionals and provide exceptional service. Currently, our boiler has broken down due to "old age." Although they sent a technician who tried to "save" it, it was too late. He advised us to replace it after giving us a good explanation of why it was necessary. Cristina came to our home and was fantastic in every way: providing information, moving the boiler outside, offering financing advice, etc. Bouba, the installer, couldn't be better. Heating system installed in my home by INNOTEC. A few years later, you move some furniture and find what you see in the photos... Plus, some radiators aren't even placed under windows. Well, I'm not very happy with this installation, to be honest.
