Hi, I'm giving one star because I was really disappointed. I contacted them to fix up my garden, and at first everything seemed fine. Carlos came to my house, looked at the garden, and gave me a quote. My husband and I talked to him, and we both agreed to the service. He said he'd stop by briefly one morning, and I told him I didn't mind waiting a little while so they could have more time (mainly so they could do a proper job). Well, from here the nightmare began. I thought about adding privacy screens to the garden, which he said could be done. He said he'd come by on Monday to measure the fences, but he never came. I measured them myself, gave him the measurements, and asked for a quote, which he wouldn't give me (I'm telling you this quickly, but two weeks passed). I called him, and he kept asking if I hadn't given him the measurements, even though I had (he was on WhatsApp). I asked for the quote again, but he still wouldn't give it to me. I called him again, and finally, that night, he gave it to me. After discussing it with my husband, we decided to just have the garden cleaned. I've been following up to see when they'd come to do the work, but he never answered or said it would be next week, that he'd tell me the day on Monday... Like I said, he never called or told me the day. I've been calling him, and now he doesn't even answer the phone or return my calls... A month waiting for them to come and clean the house... The result is that my husband, who just had surgery, is going to do the garden cleaning because, obviously, in the By this time, there are no gardeners available. So I'm giving it one star because he basically ignored me and I had to constantly chase him down. Next year I'll hire a different company. I hope this review helps someone.
