Opening a door took less than 10 seconds. When I called, they told me it would take 20 minutes, but nothing happened. I called again, and they apologized, saying they'd arrive in 10 to 15 minutes, but still nothing. After an hour and a half since the initial call, they finally opened it in less than 10 seconds and then charged me €120 if I paid in cash, and €145 including VAT if I paid by card. So, be patient if they call you, and have at least €150 in cash.
