I'm a real estate professional and we've handled several transactions at this notary's office. These are complex sales, as the seller is Sareb and they have many unique aspects and processes. The notary, Ylenia, is always 100% attentive to ensure everything goes smoothly and on time. She's efficient, and we've always completed successfully and without delays.
Seven of us siblings had an appointment to sign some deeds. Everything went smoothly. When we arrived at the notary's office, the lobby was packed (it was like a scene from a Marx Brothers movie, haha), but we were quickly shown to a room. The notary came in shortly after and completed the entire process. No problems, no issues whatsoever. So everyone was happy, and we celebrated with a meal!
