For a couple of years, we'd been hearing noises coming from a wooden beam in the ceiling. We assumed it was woodworm or termites. We'd tried several treatments without success. When we contacted this company, we met Adolfo, a true professional who advised us, answered all our questions, and guided us through the entire process to finally eliminate what he correctly diagnosed as a type of woodworm infestation. We are incredibly happy and relieved, and above all, very grateful to Adolfo. Based on our experience, we wholeheartedly recommend them.
I called because I was sure I had termites in my house. They answered very quickly. I sent them the photos I had taken, and a specialist called me right away with good news: it wasn't termites, it was carpenter ants. They told me how to treat them, and at no point did they try to take advantage of me, which I really appreciate in a company. For me, it was a very professional and responsible service.
Customer service is a disgrace. They don't help renters, so are we supposed to put up with it and live in a bedbug infestation? We called a competitor and had absolutely no problems; they gave us a very good quote and a quick solution. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
