Atención al cliente nula. Solo quieren cobrar la póliza y listo.
It's the worst insurance I've ever had. I've had two complaints, neither of them have been resolved, and on top of that you have to call because they don't call you back to tell you they can't fix it.

Electricista pésimo. Concierto cita con la mujer del electricista para colocar 2 lámparas. Vienen y el ascensor está estropeado, casualidad también.. , me llaman y yo en casa puntual a la cita esperando. Llevan una escalera de 2 peldaños y una bolsa me comentan, me ofrezco para bajar y ayudar a subir las cosas. Él me dice que "está reventado y tiene x años" y que me llaman para la semana siguiente. Mi pregunta es... ¿Y si en mi comunidad no hubiera ascensor??? En fin... Gente mal trabajadora y mal queda hay en todas partes. Llamaré y que venga alguien con ganas de trabajar y comprometido con su palabra.

I really appreciated the way they assisted me and guided me through the processes; it's a pleasure to encounter such professionals.
