I had an accident today and they were incredibly helpful, quick, and provided excellent service. Thank you to everyone in the group, especially Juan, for finding a solution and, above all, giving me peace of mind.
The lack of consideration for customers is appalling. Since Tuesday, I've made four calls (no answer) from Ana, Víctor (twice), and Berta, regarding my car insurance: "Does the insurance cover traffic fines? Why isn't it mentioned in the policy I received? It's that simple." Today, Friday, no one has called me back. According to our last conversation (with Berta), the claims department was supposed to call me. This is more than just a claims issue... it's a complete breakdown in customer service and professionalism.
To this day, I'm very happy with them, but with this incident, I'm completely disappointed. The service was terrible, with calls not returned as they claim, and the handling of the incident, which I told the company was contrary to my wishes, is not recommended at all.
Good insurance mediator. Some employees speak English. Very helpful, fast service. Whatever insurance you might need as a private person - contact them and you will not regret.
