Hom.estate - Comprehensive Property Management | Room Rental and Coliving Specialists

Everything was perfect. I had a wonderful six months in Zaragoza in a Home Estate apartment. I highly recommend it; it's one of the best in terms of quality and price. The apartment was recently renovated and is fully equipped.

I stayed for several months in one of the apartments managed by this agency, and the experience was excellent. Despite being a shared apartment for six people, the spaces were very well organized, allowing for the necessary privacy without sacrificing comfortable common areas for socializing and spending time with roommates. I also loved the style and decor of the apartment, which made the atmosphere very welcoming. I also want to highlight Jacobo's professionalism and attentiveness; he was always available. Without a doubt, a positive experience. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the results achieved in terms of profitability and occupancy rate. I particularly appreciate the way they develop their housing projects. It is clear they have a solid understanding of the sector and a remarkable professional track record.

Great experience!! The house, recently renovated, has all the comforts for a pleasant stay in the center of Zaragoza, very close to the university. The property is attentive to customer needs and is prompt in resolving any problems. Absolutely recommended

A nice and clean apartment in a great location!
