The sales process was quick. They understood and respected my opinion on the price. They created a beautiful photo report, showcasing the apartment exactly as it was, with high-quality images. They didn't overwhelm me with each visit but instead gave me a summary of the process so I could indicate what I was willing to accept. The apartment sold in just over a week, and then they were attentive, following up on both the sale and the closing to ensure everything went smoothly. I'm very happy with the service and the results. Highly recommended.
They listed an apartment on Idealista. I called immediately, as advertised, to arrange a viewing. The staff told me to meet at 6 pm, and I even suggested 5 pm. To my surprise, they called me back two hours later and told me the apartment was already booked. I don't understand their system, but it's appalling. Why did they call me at 6 pm when it was possible in the morning, and why did people who called later get priority? Absurd.
