This was my first time requesting a mortgage appraisal (I compared tons of them), and it couldn't have gone better. I contacted them by email, and they explained everything and even warned me that, because it was during Holy Week, it might take longer than usual. Even so, it only took two weeks, including Holy Week. The appraisal was accurate, even a little higher than expected, and I'm thrilled.
Very, very professional; I can't say anything else. The service I received from both Adriana and the person who came to appraise the property was excellent. I'd like to highlight the speed of the process and the clarity of the information (these are topics that are much more difficult for the average person, but they explain them in simple and clear language). I had worked with them before, as they did an appraisal for us when we bought an apartment, and the service was undoubtedly outstanding, which is why I used them again.
