I'M NOT GIVING IT FEWER STARS BECAUSE I CAN'T. DON'T TRUST THEM. They're not transparent, ZERO reliability. If it's an interesting apartment, don't waste your time; they'll sell it to their acquaintance before you, who's gone to so much trouble to contact them.
I'm so, so happy with Best House. I found a lovely apartment to live in with my dog thanks to M Ángeles, who did everything she could to make sure the owners gave me the opportunity, since I have a pet. From the first moment Pilar helped me, she was very kind and made it clear that they would at least try. That's more than I've seen in other places. Then M Ángeles showed me the apartment. She was very pleasant and told me she would do everything she could to make it happen, but she also made it clear what the limits of her power were (something I, like anyone else, am aware of). The next day, she told me the apartment was mine, and from that moment on, everything was easy, from signing the reservation agreement to signing the rental contract. I really appreciated that M Ángeles always explained everything to me. She took the time to make sure everyone understood the documents and cared about both the landlord and the tenant. I'm incredibly grateful for that. She's clearly a very empathetic person who loves her job and puts a lot of effort into what she does. I'll always be thankful because finding an apartment these days with a pet is practically impossible. Especially when they don't even give you the chance to talk to them again once you mention you have a dog or cat.
