Horrible, pathetic, completely untrustworthy. We arranged to see an apartment, and while we were in the building entrance, the agent told us, "Wait, I'm going to call the tenants. I'll tell you the only detail we didn't discuss: it's rented." The only detail?! Do they think we're stupid? I told him that wasn't mentioned in the listing, and that obviously it's a very important "detail," in our case, a reason to rule out visiting it altogether, and he replied, "We must have forgotten to mention it." It's insane. Zero trustworthiness; they waste our time and, on top of that, they're taking us for fools. Unbelievable, given the state of the market, this kind of attitude from some real estate agencies.
