Thank you, Nacho! It was an incredible job. You're a true professional, showing empathy at all times. It was very hard work, and working with such professional people, giving me complete peace of mind, and closing the sale so quickly... It was truly invaluable. Thank you!

I am deeply grateful for Yerai and Jair's help and assistance. They were involved from the very beginning and attentive to every detail, from the initial search to the final signing. Highly recommended.

I had excellent experience working with Nacho, a very polite, attentive, and highly professional person. Selling my apartment was complicated, but he handled it perfectly, leaving us both completely satisfied with the transaction. I'm very happy with the experience. Highly recommended.

We contracted a comprehensive management service for a rental apartment a year ago. Every month we've been contacting them about unprocessed direct debits, outstanding payments, income issues, lack of information, etc. After a year, they informed us TODAY that they've changed the water account holder. They unilaterally terminated the contract without fulfilling their obligations. They're referring us to an online management company. It's been a year of hardship, stress, having to go to the office or send emails every month for absolutely nothing. Many apologies, many "sorry," lots of blaming a former employee, lots of empty promises, but no action whatsoever. To this day (without knowing if the water change is real or not), they owe us payments due to their nonexistent management. A terrible experience, not recommended at all!

My wife and I moved from the United States to Zaragoza just a couple weeks ago. We were looking for an apartment and came across one we loved on Idealista. Thankfully it is managed by Landa Properties, because our experience with them has been excellent! We are still learning Spanish and are early learners, but our agent Gabriel was excellent communicating with us in English. He was able to make the whole process a breeze and helped us understand everything we needed to know about the process. I highly recommend both Landa Properties and Gabriel, especially if you need to work with an agent in English.
