I was looking for an appartment in Zaragoza in a rush through idealista and found something that looked interesting posted by this agency. When I asked for a viewing the agents were very polite and generous and spoke both English and Spanish. They seemed to be in a good relationship with the owners of the flat since they offered to give me a discount on renting the flat. I rented the appartment and the process was easy and without any issues. In the time that I have lived there the agency has been very quick to respond to my requests and I’ve had no serious issues. My experience with the agency, the owners and the flat has been very good.
