My experience with this company has been terrible, from the very first minute. There have been numerous problems, negative resolutions, a lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for their word when confirming appointments. They'd tell me one day and then call saying they were far away and couldn't come. But the monthly payments have been great, right, César? At least I've paid every month for a service you haven't provided, not even the annual security equipment inspections that you're legally required to do. You've left me without security for several days, and apparently, this company didn't care. Of course, every month I pay gets paid. I'm not giving you fewer stars in this review because there aren't any, but you're a complete failure as a professional.
