Very unserious and unprofessional company! BEWARE!! You call during their phone hours, no one answers! You email, you get no answer! They fix things but they break again. Most recently they were sent via Ikea because of a leaking washing machine. The technician says that there has been a hole in the drum and from "experience" it could be due to a coin or hairline WITHOUT them seeing any of this in the machine. This is just an assertion as they cannot prove anything. Despite the burden of proof being on their side, they cannot prove it. This means that the warranty for my machine which is only 1 year old does not apply. THANK YOU for your unprofessional job! Take a basic course as a technician please!

Frigo Maskinteknik is a company you should really avoid. The technician who came to the house was rude, threatening and completely unprofessional. He slammed the door, hung up in the middle of a conversation and acted aggressively throughout the visit. It was clear that he was more interested in finding something to charge for instead of being helpful. The work that was done felt neither serious nor professional, and the treatment was among the worst I have ever experienced. A company that only seems to care about money, not about customers.

UNSERIOUS! Beware when Frigo is going to repair things, ended up with a water leak and a drawn-out process. Cancels visits at short notice. UNFORTUNATELY, all warranty/complaints for appliances purchased from IKEA end up at FRIGO. They can't be reached except for a few hours in the morning. They call the same day they plan to come to say more precisely what time they plan to come, brilliant foresight. Watch out. Have also raised this with IKEA

Had an issue with a portable air conditioner and called this company. I offered to bring the machine to them but they said that they will pick it up. They did not say that there would be a fee. They kept the machine for several weeks and I had to call them to get an update. When I did talk to them they said that the problem could be fixed but at a substantial cost so I opted not to have it fixed. Then they said that I would have to pay for the pickup. I reminded them that I offered to bring it to them. They compared the pickup cost to a cab fare cost. I again reminded them that I offered to pick it up. They said the cost would be about 700kr. I objected and they said that they would work on the price and send me a bill. Today I received a bill for 940kr and the also indicated that they would use the skatt reduction to get even more money from the government at 940kr. This is basically stealing from me and the government. I suggest that you find another company for repairs.
