Emailed a service request, no response! Called, no one answered! Left a message on the phone, no one answered!
Not happy! I made an appointment to look at our dryer. The day before they messaged me and said they were at a neighbor's house and could come by when they were here. It took 2 minutes and they said it sounded a bit strange but that they would come back. After they left, I tested the dryer again a couple of days later and the noise had disappeared. I reported this and got a response of *Toppen*. Then I got an invoice for 1500 SEK with travel expenses and an examination. I disputed the invoice, heard nothing from them until I received a debt collection request. 1500 SEK for 10 minutes? Absolutely insane and beyond criticism. REPLY AFTER SEEING THEIR COMMENT: Hi, I want to clarify why I left my review. I was never informed that there would be a cost for a short inspection visit of the dryer. The repairman was here for about 10 minutes, listened to a sound and said he would return with a suggestion for action. Before he could return, the machine worked again, so I announced that we no longer needed help, which you confirmed and closed the case. Shortly afterwards I received an invoice for 1500 SEK, even though NO information about the fee was given either before or during the visit. This is also not mentioned anywhere on your website, or in any email or text message that was sent to me. According to the Consumer Services Act, the price or any costs must be informed in advance. This was not done in this case, and therefore I disputed the invoice, which you never responded to but sent directly to debt collection. I have paid it but I think it is completely wrong and therefore want to warn other potential customers not to make the same mistake.
Called a couple of times 😅 Got an answer later and told me my problem with the dishwasher. And what I did myself to try to solve it. He gave me some advice on what could possibly/probably be wrong. Ok, then I'll try again, ordered a drain pump and replaced it. Now it works perfectly again🤗 Thank you for being able to get advice over the phone when I'm a person who likes to try to fix things myself. Thank you! Regards Anna Ström
I sent a digital error report to your company regarding a broken refrigerator, also called and provided contact information, but received no response. Now a week has passed without me receiving a response. After a day I contacted another company that followed up on my error report, so I do not recommend Göteborgs kyl och Frys! The very first company I contacted replied directly via email that they were unable to take on my case due to staff shortages, which is completely fine. But not hearing from you at all is beyond criticism.
Extremely good service! Had an issue with dishwasher. Was helped by Conny. He found the solution straightaway and fixed it soon. He is also a fun loving guy. Thank you for your excellent service!
