I've never been with a company that's so bad. Fixed a bug that wasn't a bug. Then they don't want to. Don't do business with them people.
Incredibly poor service. They received contact information from our landlord before booking a delivery, but instead contact a number within the family that we have not given out. They also contact at 9 pm, from a private number and ask if anyone is home the next day. After a lot of hassle to get them to contact the right number, a booking is finally made. However, they do not show up at the time we were given and do not listen to information about the floor we live on. Questions which floor we live on again, and says that if he had known that we live far up, he would have rebooked. After that, you are met by a man who has zero sense of service. Breaks in, kicks away a rug despite our cat sitting on it, does not speak to us. We do not receive any verbal information, but are given a brochure and then he leaves.
NOTE! They have new opening hours from 7:30 to 12:00, but they are too lazy to change the hours on the website.
Super expansive! They had to come twice to exchange a pipe on my dishwasher. I could have bought a new dishwasher for the amount this company has charged me!!! Never again!
Unusual behavior when I start to talk in english, after I asked polite if is ok that way. They offended me with this answer, in a perfect clear english: "I am swedish. I live in Sweden so I talk swedish. You have to talk swedish because you live here." Extremely bad experience with the old guy. A lot of apologies from a nice lady who heard the discussion but, the damage was made.... Very bad image for such a famous company.
