Wonderful company when you want to lay new flooring or sand down your old boring floor. Incredibly competent and friendly staff/craftsmen

The sanding was done evenly with no major scratches BUT I never got the finish I asked for. They never really took into consideration my reference photos, they did not advise me straight from the start how it is achieved. I wanted white-washed finish and I got neutral. The samples they did on my actual floor were done incorrectly as the carpenter used wrong method/materials. He also did not speak any English or Swedish so the whole communication was extremely difficult and time consuming. After that, I again told them it needed to be much whiter and again resent my reference photos from my previous apartment. But nothing changed. They prepped the floor before redoing the samples, so they tested on a random leftover parquet plank which was obviously not from my original floor, after this it became a guessing game… Moreover, a new floor was laid in my bedroom with no recommendations at all, they did not remove the old skirting boards so now there are visible uneven cuts all over the edges, because the floor doesn’t go under the skirting boards 🤦‍♀️ I opened a case with ARN and Skandinaviska Trädgolv became hostile, threatening to bury me with legal costs

UPDATE, the company has now lost in ARN and has not paid for 2 months according to ARN's decision. So now it is on the black list. Choose another supplier. After they were finished with the parquet floors, they received a remark from the independent inspector that they had to remove the primer that they had painted on the walls (They had not used any protective tape or plastic that you do when painting, despite emailed 3d pictures of how it would be done). I can give the floors 4/5. The handling of complaints and doing the right thing gives 0/5 not even worth hiring them again. Had to put in a lot of time settling and now sent the case to ARN where they are guaranteed to lose. It could have just been done right from the start. Below are pictures of what it looked like after they fixed everything, the concrete edge has changed color and there is primer left... So now I have to bring in a concrete expert to fix it, something that Skandinaviska Trägolv thinks is my fault?

Since I bought a condominium that was styled with a huge carpet in the living room and a carpet under the double bed in the bedroom, I got a shock when the carpets were removed. Water damage and holes. I didn't want to move in and then have to take the furniture out again to fix the floors. I emailed Skandinaviska trägolv who came to the apartment the next morning and suggested replacing the floor in the living room as well as replacing several planks in the bedroom, sanding and varnishing. They were able to start immediately. Gave a price quote and got started. After four days the floor work was finished. After a misunderstanding, they corrected it according to my wishes. Nice, skilled and responsive. I am very satisfied and everything seems to be in perfect order.

Second time I've used them (different apartments). This time it was about sanding a 100-year-old herringbone parquet. They glued back strips that had come loose, sawed into small pieces where they were missing after 100 years of use without charging a lot of money for it. The result was great and they did incredibly little damage to the strips that I had left installed. When I got the quote, I took a chance that the area was a number, but after calculating the area myself, they told me that the area was smaller. Good results, honest, pleasant, flexible.
