The collaboration with Work Force Byggnads started so well. A trusting contact with Fredrik and Conny. We chose to go with a fixed price according to the quote. Unfortunately, several communication failures have occurred along the way and we are now faced with invoices that total almost 6000 SEK (10,000 incl. VAT) over the quoted price. There are several occasions where we are dissatisfied and we have informed Work Force about this. For example, they have charged a good amount for "extra services" such as laying plastic foil in the crawl space (15 sq m took 6 hours) at 6000 SEK. A job that should have taken roughly 30 minutes. In our last contact with them, they started threatening to rewrite the invoices so that we are no longer eligible for ROT. Then we decided to bite the bullet and just pay. We will never use Work Force Byggnads again and we do not recommend anyone to do so.
Work Force has helped us renovate our entire downstairs. New kitchen, new bathroom, change of main floor, change of floor plan, underfloor heating, yes everything simply. Fantastic dialogue and service from day one. Professional work and the eventualities that have arisen have been solution-oriented and have had clarity around. Very happy with the result. But what I really take away and am happy with is the dialogue and cooperation throughout the work from start to finish.

We hired workforce for a major renovation of our newly purchased townhouse. They installed a ventilated level floor in almost the entire lower floor. They laid new flooring in the hall, kitchen and living room, new moldings and installed a new kitchen! Meticulous, skilled carpenters who even finished earlier than agreed! We are very satisfied and would definitely hire them again if needed!
I have a window on the front of the house that was letting in water around the edge of the frame. The inside plater work was badly damaged. Work Force responded very quickly to my email (within a few hours), came round to assess the window and frame a couple of days later and then ordered a new window. When the new window arrived Work Force again came quickly and did a really wonderful job. Not only replacing the window and making good the old damaged plaster work, repairing the damage underneath first - but also made a really excellent new frame. All this work and fitting took just over a day. They guys were really friendly and helpful. I am from England and I am so impressed by these Swedish workmen - really excellent job and the price was very reasonable for the problem we had. Big thanks and respect to Work Force.
