Added 15% extra above the discussed price and told it is written in the agreement according to ARN. According to them house was not normally dirty ( still not sure what they meant )which I suppose they should have informed us during cleaning. When I got the faktura I asked and they said they have pictures showing it was not normally dirty. I asked for pictures many times which shows the same but they never sent them and kept on saying only about 15% in the contract and stopped replying.
The cleaning was fast and very high quality and the staff were friendly and polite!!
Thank you to the team, they did everything very quickly and thoroughly, even cleaning places that I didn't ask for, and the house really felt fresh. Now I'll only use your services.
