So happy with our bathroom renovation that we did about 4 years ago, today I got help with replacing a toilet seat that we had accidentally broken ourselves. Very smooth and with fantastic service!

We are very happy with FP Badrumsspecialisten's renovation of our bathroom. They all really care about making sure everything goes well and that the customer is really satisfied. Extra star to the tiler who did it so nicely. They were very efficient, arrived as planned and communicated and the bathroom was finished earlier than originally planned. We would definitely hire them again.

I chose to hire FP Badrumsspecialisten because they could offer a complete solution with everything from design assistance, material procurement and renovation work. Very smooth and easy. There are many decisions that must first be made and here I was helped by the company's designer who I met in their showroom. In peace and quiet we walked around and looked at different solutions, discussed material choices and various smart solutions. The visit ended with the bathroom being drawn up and once I had approved the drawing, I could sit back. All orders were handled by FP Badrumsspecialisten, which meant that I didn't have to worry about anything being missing. When the renovation started, all I had to do was hand over the keys to the skilled craftsmen. Everything mostly went smoothly but took a little while. Most importantly, I was satisfied with the end result and the answer is YES!

We hired FB Badrumsspecialisten to renovate our bathroom and are generally satisfied with both the work and the result. The contact with both the salesperson and the supervisor was very pleasant, and once the team was on site, they worked quickly and efficiently. They also made sure to ask how we wanted it during the work, which felt professional. The groundwork seems to have been done properly, the tiling is beautiful and the design was really great. However, there were a few small things that could have been better. We discovered a leaking drain afterwards (which we managed to fix ourselves), the cleaning afterwards was not done, and the flush button on the toilet got stuck – we also had to fix that ourselves. We also found a small scratch in the tile on the wall. The biggest drawback was the communication: it was sometimes difficult to know how far they had come and what would happen next. In summary: Nice treatment and nice end result, but some details and communication could have been better.
