I called to ask how much it costs to copy a key and someone just hung up. That's crazy.
I called them and asked them if they speak English so they can help me and they just hung on me. I called back because maybe it was a mistake but they just kept rejecting my call.
Do not recommend! Caused swollen door when they installed locks in the rain without taking measures to protect the door from moisture (it was open for hours). Now they refuse to take responsibility and fix the problem they caused. Frivolous and unprofessional behavior. Does not take full responsibility for their installations.
