Several errors in the property description. The broker did not mention that there would be a fee increase until the bidding was complete. The property description stated that it had already been made. The broker got me to bid above my own highest bid through a lot of persuasion. The seller had not cleaned, which the broker did not help with. The seller had left things in the storage rooms and the locks were still there. The broker did not help. The seller did not hand over all the keys. The broker writes by text message that he will get in touch and resolve it, but nothing happens. Receives an email that it is not his responsibility to resolve it. Terrible from start to finish. Now we are sitting in an apartment with at least one key lying around or that the old owner has left.
