Called them when I needed urgent help with a matter. They were supposed to get back to me shortly to see if they could send someone out quickly. Quick and easy, I got a call saying someone was on their way to us and could help us quickly. Highly recommended!
Nice and good service both on the phone and in person. Do what they are supposed to. Got some traps and poison boxes and now it is quiet in the walls and we can sleep well again. Thanks for that!
A bit slow respons
I think they did a great job, answered the phone quickly and arranged a time to come incredibly quickly. Compared to all the other big companies that have very poor customer service, this is remarkable. The technician on site was also knowledgeable and nice.
