I have paid through faktura the glacier that you recommend and dent to me from 30 may. Till this day he did not show up nor he respond to his phone. How can i reach you? I paid 4800 sek to fix a glass table and still did not receive any service!
Be alert and aware!! I could not give less that 1 star here. Never order through them. I booked a plumber for a small job. No one came or called. I received an invoice of 1060 Sek after a month to my address. They forget to help but do not forget to send the invoice. They did not agree to take back the invoice. Never opt for the service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated since I paid the money for nothing!!
Worst experience ever! I cancelled an appointment 3 hours before the visit, not once but twice. I talked to the electrician and said it was ok to cancel. They invoiced me anyway 1000 SEK. I sent them back the invoice to ask what it was about and they sent it to kronofogden, now they are charging me 2000 SEK STAY AWAY FROM THEM
I would never recommend this repair company to anyone. Extremely disappointed with the recent service which I never actually received. Despite explaining my uncertainty about the plumbing issue, a plumber was sent, only to find out it wasn't plumbing-related. Now, I'm facing a 3880 SEK bill for a 5 minute visit and no repair. What's more frustrating is that I never agreed to this price, and it was never mentioned during our initial call. My partner tried contacting them on their email but it was useless as they don't even accept their fault. Very bad customer service!
My experience with 24duty was really disappointing. I called them for a problem with my dishwasher, and things went downhill from there. First off, I wasn't told the cost before they sent a plumber, and the plumber showed up without talking to me first. He spent only 5 minutes and said it wasn't a plumbing issue but still charged me a whopping 3880 SEK. When I complained, they said I accepted the work and the price, but they never told me the price in the first place. They expect you to check the price on the website which is ridiculous. It's just not fair. I feel like they're more interested in charging me than actually fixing the problem. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.
