Thursday 20/11 at 22:00 a ground fault circuit interrupter trips on a phase where our air/water pump has 3 fuses, one of the fuses trips the ground fault circuit interrupter (Outside temperature -7). I call Göteborgs El & Rörjour AB, get a quick answer, am well treated, describe my case and am told that the electrician on duty will call back. After 10-15 minutes I get a call from the electrician on duty. I have a very rewarding conversation with him, after a little tinkering I can reset the fuse without the ground fault circuit interrupter tripping. He offers to call back to check if the problem is solved. Unfortunately, JFB disconnects after 15 minutes, I get a call back after another 30 minutes. He states that he probably can't fix the problem, something is broken in the pump and needs to be checked by a pump technician. I must give a compliment for being taken care of so quickly, kindly and professionally even though my problem did not generate an emergency call with a cost for me. I have added Göteborgs El & Rörjour AB to my contact list for any future electrical faults and will highly recommend neighbors and acquaintances with electrical problems to contact this company. Informative and friendly contact by phone where I received a quick training in, among other things, how our old electrical standard TA 400 works. Took the time to train 5-10 minutes by phone without charging or for that matter pushing any service or the like even though the undersigned specifically asked for this. I gained great confidence in Göteborgs El & Rörjour thanks to this. Will without hesitation use them for future repairs/service/replacement of supply air units/heat pumps. Thank you!
Homeowner for the first time. Suddenly discovered that the expansion vessel for the heat pump is losing pressure quickly. The previous homeowner recommended that I call Gothenburg's El & Rörjour. Håkan Segerström kindly answered my questions, reassured me and said that you don't need to call an emergency service for this, gave me tips on what I can check myself and, if necessary, hire a plumber who works during the day instead of 24/7 emergency service to save money. So happy!
