Fast and straight handling of my claim.
After the crash with Black Lilly that did not give us way during the start at Gotland Runt regatta Pantaenius took care of the damages in a superbly smooth way. We were in a hurry to get the repairs done very quickly as we were to go to Helsinki for the ORCi European Championship. Pantaenius collaboration with Linjett Boatyard was exemplary and we got all repairs done and equipment replaced in time. All claims were approved. We recommend Pantaenius without any reservations.
I am a long term customer with Pantaenius and a large sailing yacht (73") owner 1999-2019. The latest (last?) extensive damage to my Chris Craft Corsair 28 was swiftly, flexible and kindly processed and approved. I am very impressed.
Really easy & quick to interact with Pantaenius claims! And much like the terms with no age deductions in insurance claims compensation, so can easily replace damaged part with new with no extra cost
