Super fresh and stylish apartment with everything you need. Comfortable beds, good wi-fi and fully equipped kitchen. Close to the city center, grocery store and nature. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and we received an incredibly warm welcome from the friendly staff. Quiet area and nice area. Can highly recommend WOW Apartments 5/5! Will book here again on my next visit to Gothenburg.
In addition to a really nice, stylishly decorated apartment with a dishwasher/washing machine and everything you need, the location is something of a dream. Central, you can get anywhere you want with a bus and tram right outside the apartment or you can enjoy the surroundings and take a short walk down to the crossroads. The beds are big and comfortable and the pillows are perfect. Good wifi. Cozy apartment. 10/10.
Costlier
I lived here for 5 months and I had a great time in this flat. Very good furnishing, great location and plenty of space. The bus stop is directly at the house. I moved five times in Gothenburg but this was by far the best flat!
We signed a contract for six months. Three months in, the bathroom flooded with water that smelled of sewage, rising up from the shower drain. To their credit, they called an emergency plumber very quickly. My wife and I moved with our dog to a hotel. That evening, we were told the plumber said the flood was caused by items being flushed down the toilet. We know for a fact we had not done this, but the woman we spoke to would not even consider we might be telling the truth. She shouted at us over the phone, called my wife a liar, and threatened to take us to court if we did not pay the excess (självrisk) on the insurance. Thus, as well as the stress of having to leave our home: we had to continue to pay Wow's (very) high rents for the two weeks that our apartment was uninhabitable. We had to pay the självrisk for the repairs. We had to pay our hotel fee, and the fee for the storage where we moved our possessions. And we were shouted at and insulted in the process. EDIT: As you can see from the owner's response below, 6 months later they still maintain that we caused the damage. To repeat, my wife and I have never bought the type of sanitary product that the plumber found. It is impossible that the damage was caused by us. I also notice that six five-star reviews for WOW Apartments appeared the same day as their response. For each reviewer, it is their only review. I suggest the owners are attempting to manipulate Google review scores.
