The broker Nader is doing very shady business. The fact that you even have such an unprofessional and unpleasant broker employed means that I will never ever use you as a brokerage firm. And will advise everyone in my vicinity from using you. Absolutely insane.

Unprofessional treatment and poor communication from brokers Fredrik Wiland, Erik Olsson I recently bought a condominium through Erik Olsson Fastighetsförmedling, where Fredrik Wiland was the responsible broker. I have previously completed several housing transactions, but this experience was unfortunately the worst so far. Poor communication Throughout the entire process, communication with the broker was substandard. Despite repeated attempts to reach him via both phone and text message, I often received no response at all. When a response did come, it sometimes took one to two weeks. Voice messages that I left were not answered. This created unnecessary uncertainty in a situation where, as a buyer, you are handling major financial decisions and need to be able to feel trust and security. Incorrect and misleading information In addition to the poor accessibility, I also received incorrect information. One example is that the broker stated that a rental agreement for a parking space was included in the purchase - something that later turned out to be wrong. This type of inaccuracy is unacceptable and shows a lack of accuracy and responsibility. Avoidance of dialogue and customer service after signing the contract I also tried to have a dialogue about certain fixtures, such as fixed shelves and wardrobes in the dressing room, which according to practice are normally included unless otherwise specified. Instead, the seller dismantled all the furnishings without any discussion being possible, as the broker did not respond despite my attempts. When I finally contacted the broker's manager, the response improved marginally, but it was not long before communication ceased almost completely again. It was obvious that my case as a buyer was no longer prioritized after signing the contract - probably because the broker's commission was already secured. Conclusion My overall experience is very negative. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Fredrik Wiland as a broker or Erik Olsson Fastighetsförmedling as a company. If you are facing a home purchase or sale, I recommend that you turn to another player where customer service and professionalism are taken more seriously.

I want to thank Christian for being a good broker and a good person. I sold my apartment through this agency and I got all the help I needed, much more than you think a broker needs to do, I live in Spain and didn't have the opportunity to travel to Sweden to sell my apartment.
