among the worst I've ever experienced! basically had to write the entire ad myself, our "Realtor" Amgad Abu-Ramadan has contacted us once in 3 months and that was when he was supposed to tell me that he was back from vacation. "fully charged to take on the task of selling our home" So no contact from him during the entire process, no this was throwing money down the drain! Thinking about selling? DO NOT do it through the local agency. Totally lousy service, the worst is probably the "realtors" emailed him about 2 weeks ago, no response there either.. lousy service!

Of course, you get what you pay for… but sometimes a little money is too much. I called the person who was supposed to coach you to a good sale several times, but no one answered. Several months after the sale, an email was sent threatening debt collection for non-payment of the fee for publishing on social media. A message stating that reminders had been sent, but that was simply not true. Lies are of course not a good thing to lean on as a broker. Standing up for poor service is not in Hemverket's DNA, the fact that they have substandard management of the finances should be a deterrent for other customers. Next time, Hemverket will not handle my sales. If you choose Hemverket, you can expect substandard management and even worse communication

How is this company still managing to continue to rip people off! They do not help in any way to sell your property, they lie to you and prospective buyers, which puts them off. And when they don't manage to sell your property they send you a nasty email saying they are terminating the contract, at least when other brokers can't sell your property you haven't already paid anything. This company is nothing put a rip off.

I hired Hemverket for my condominium. At first it went very smoothly. Everything was handled by phone and email. They promised a gift card but it never arrived, which meant I had to contact them twice before I got it👎. Hemverket is good, but you should be aware that you will have to do a lot of work yourself to get the deal done. You do a lot of contact with the buyers yourself. If you don't want to be involved, you shouldn't hire Hemverket, but if you like them, they are definitely worth it. I got more for my apartment than others in the area got, which was great. They have a lot to work on, but I was very satisfied overall. Not a top rating unfortunately, the buyer wasn't very happy with the service.

Almost completely useless and an impediment to the transaction. I am a US citizen and purchased property from some people I know in Sweden (perfectly legal). Hemverket personnel regularly interfered with the transaction by providing contradictory information to me and the previous property owners. For example, they said various forms were not available in English and yet I have found them online in English. They told the previous land owners it was impossible for the transaction to take place and that nothing I wanted to do would work, and yet here I am registering the property in my name after making the purchase. Perhaps my situation was a bit out of the norm, but that is no excuse for interfering with an agreement I made with the property owners to purchase the property. The sale was made with no thanks to Hemverket.
