This is the most unprofessional and rude agents in Gothenburg area. Kindly do not opt for these peeps. How do you expect someone to come and sign a contract within 5 hours? Before having sent the contract in the first place? House buying is an experience which one needs to trust the buyer show them care and affection. They do not want to help me because I have a foreign background. They said they did not want to accept my offer because they had to think about the safety of their staff. One of the owners said he was behind these racist words. I have reported this to the diskriminerings ombudsmannen.
A semi-open viewing with a full house despite a booked time feels both unprofessional and irresponsible in times of corona. I didn't receive any brochure or information about the home and the agents felt a little confused.
