Disappointing Experience with Skeppsholmen Sotheby's International I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Skeppsholmen Sotheby's International, particularly as an international buyer. From the beginning, there was a severe lack of information provided, which made the buying process unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Several promises were made that were not fulfilled, leaving me feeling misled and deceived. The communication throughout the process was horrendous. Responses were slow, unclear, and often contradictory. I felt like I was constantly in the dark, trying to piece together critical information on my own. What was supposed to be an exciting journey of purchasing a new home in Gothenburg turned into a nightmare due to their unprofessionalism. I felt lured into the transaction by promises that the agents did not stand by during the handover. I would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone, whether you are looking to buy or sell. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication made what should have been a joyous occasion an absolute disaster. Avoid Skeppsholmen Sotheby's International at all costs.
