I was speculating on an apartment that Stadshem's real estate agent Johanna had. The treatment from the real estate agent was arrogant and she became irritated when I asked questions about the housing association. I received answers that when I checked later turned out not to be correct. "That's the information I was given", was the answer from the real estate agent. The real estate agent was also not helpful when I asked something about the apartment. "I don't know, but that's usually how it is", was the answer. It was the first apartment I was going to buy myself and I didn't get any help whatsoever from the real estate agent. When I then placed an offer just below the starting price, the real estate agent called me stupid. However, I have now bought another apartment through another real estate agency and am very satisfied! If you are going to buy an apartment through Stadshem, read carefully yourself and don't trust what the real estate agent says! For example, get help from someone you know who is good.
