I would like to give the strongest recommendations to hire this company. Professional, made an inquiry and on the same day an inspection of our roof was scheduled for the following day. I was visited by Robert who gave a very pleasant and professional visit. I got a quote immediately and two days later they washed the roof. It has not been this clean since it was laid 42 years ago! Another two days later, on a Sunday (!) they came and painted. At 5 pm the same day everything was ready, clean and tidy around the house and a "new" roof for a fraction of the price of laying a new one. Our roof was laid in 1980 and was extremely dull, which meant that it was boring and grey and moss grew every year even though we washed it occasionally. BUT, the substrate and the concrete slabs were fine, not a single one broke when they were washed with 200 (!) bars of pressure so there was absolutely no reason to change the boilers. Roofia also took the opportunity to replace the roof ridge seal and paint sheet metal details such as hoods, chimneys, etc. They also replaced our boring, rusty roof ladder with modern steps that attach to the roof. All of this was included, which was a big positive surprise. Now we don't have to worry about it for more than 20 years, the roof is shiny black and so slippery that you can't walk on it! :-) Moss has nothing to attach to. If you want to think environmentally friendly, sustainable and circular, there is absolutely no reason to change boilers unless the substrate is bad or the boilers are cracking. 5 out of 5 from me.
