The service takes a long time, they promise to contact you if there is a problem but nothing happens. I thought about buying a battery from them, but with the long waiting time of about 3 months before something happened last time before the problem was fixed, I probably won't buy from them.
Insåg ganska snabbt att dem skulle krångla så jag använde mig av deras 14 dagars ångerrätt. Men det gick inte då de redan beställt mina solceller. Solcellerna blev sena och ställdes framför uppfarten så bilarna inte kom ner i garaget. Montörerna satte upp cellerna ocentrerat på taket så det ser jättekonstigt ut. Märkte även där att försäljaren inte räknat rätt utan skulle få plats med flera celler. Elektrikern vart också sen. Tvingades bära ner 2 80 kilos batterier ner i källaren (kunde förvarnat) ingen kontakt ifrån nordpolen under hela prossesen, och nu får jag inget bra svar på varför det blev så här. Det ända som kom i tid är räkningarna. När det regnar rinner det vatten längst elkablarna ner i källaren, trots stor brandrisk så görs inget för att hjälpa mig. Rekommenderar inte detta förstag alls. Lyssna på er magkänsla, och tänk på att deras ångerrätt inte stämmer
I got in touch with Camilla Fasth, a salesperson for Nordpolen Energi, and had/have a good exchange of information with her. The whole process of discussions about how, where and when was discussed and it led to a quote. After accepting the quote, the planning began and good contact with the planning began. After some time, the solar panels themselves arrived by truck, nice workers and responsive to my wishes for the placement of the panels on the plot. After another time, the actual installation of the panels came, which was discussed in detail, where Mikael was also involved in discussions regarding the attachment of the panels to the roof. The attachment was done to my complete satisfaction. The electrician arrived and connected the panels to the inverter. Quite an unprofessional solar installation company. Its been two weeks that I have been following up and escalating to Sales Manager that no one is turning out to me with quote but still no response. If the sales is bad then god save their customers from after sales support. Worst experience with a solar company. BIG NO to them.
