They have worked on our property for many years now and we feel that they do an absolutely excellent and professional job each time.
Great service. Helped us take down a large, dead Elm tree close to the house. Good communication, came quickly and did a good job. 2nd time we have used them and would make use of their services again when needed.
Very dissatisfied with their work and attitude after. Due to their mistake at the top of the tree the cat jumped out of the cat box and ran away , still cant find her. Everyone in life does mistakes but they dont even admit they did any, because actually the cat off the tree so they 'did their job'. If i had chosen a more professional specialist cat would be safe , healthy and alive home. Now we spend time , money and feeling stressed looking for her every day/night. We offered to halve the price (they took 3000 kronas) to make it somewhat just, but they wouldnt agree even to say sorry , what to speak of returning some money. I dont know about their tree climbing skills but definately they are not cat specialists nor have responsibility to take responsibility for their mistakes. Its like we come to paint your car- however bad we paint it we dont take any responsibility because look we painted it- we did the job. Childish, immature attitude and terrible job.
