Nice treatment when booking a repair. Nice and knowledgeable repairman who arrives exactly at the promised time. Careful handling of our freezer which needed a new circuit board. Also gave us recommended temperatures for the freezer.
Just spoke to Jonny on the phone, you can't ask for a more unpleasant person. Very arrogant and boring attitude towards me as a customer. I see from the reviews that I'm not the only one who has had problems with him. Why does the company allow him to continue working for them? He creates negative publicity.

Very bad treatment, especially from Jonny! It's the worst I've ever experienced. First he misses our booked visit and then when I call to book a new appointment Jonny answers with a curse where he shouts into the phone in a loud voice and I can barely say that I'm calling to book a new appointment. I hear in the background how his colleague tries to calm him down but Jonny just shouts into the phone. I don't understand how a company can have zero sense of customer service. Waited two weeks to call back and book a new appointment as I really didn't feel it was nice to talk to them. Once again Jonny answers and shouts into the phone where I have to say several times that I'm only calling to book a new appointment as I need to get my item fixed, Jonny can't calm down. He just shouts. Had to ask to speak to another colleague to be able to book an appointment. What a lousy company. So unprofessional! In addition, he did not fix my item on the first visit and had to book a new appointment which he then missed. Hope I never have to be in contact with them again. If you can avoid them, I advise you to do so and turn to another company.
