Extremely disappointed with Dörrgruppen Syd AB and would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service was beyond reproach, and their handling of problems was completely inadequate. The products did not live up to what was promised, which led to great disappointment. Even more frustrating is the company's unwillingness to acknowledge and address its shortcomings, which forces us to seek justice in court. Simply unacceptable behavior from a company.
