The work with the electrical installation and replacement of fixtures in the preschool has been carried out by ID-EL in a very satisfactory manner. This is the second time we have used ID-EL as we were very satisfied the first time. The installation of the dimmable lighting works in a very satisfactory manner and provides the opportunity for adapted lighting based on the needs of the business, which is particularly appreciated in the preschool environment. The work was carried out professionally, with consideration for safety and after the business closed. The installers were meticulous, clear in their communication and kept to the agreed times. The end result meets both functional and aesthetic requirements. We are very satisfied with the work and can highly recommend the company ID-EL.

First the positive: the electricians were friendly, they arrived quickly (same day, late on the day of the event) and they solved the problem. And when I had objections to the invoice, they changed it without arguing. Then the negative: it took 2 electricians 2 hours (=4 expensive working hours) to find the fault: a short circuit in a lamp. When the invoice arrived, they had added VAT to the price they had quoted on the phone without specifying that the price was exclusive of VAT. The price was so high (2500 SEK for an appointment including 1 working hour + 650 SEK per extra hour) that I had no reason to assume that the stated price was exclusive of VAT. In addition, they had charged 625 SEK in material costs for a few connection clamps that cannot have a constant number of tens in total, and when I asked for an itemization of the material cost, they said that the clamps are not sold individually. But of course I'm not going to pay for maybe 3 50-packs of different connection clamps when they might have used 4-5 clamps in total! It's standard material that electricians are expected to use in most of their assignments.

The cable from the electrical cabinet was routed under the kitchen doors and came out hidden on the wall exactly where I wanted the charging box. It couldn't have been done more neatly and nicely! I am a very satisfied customer who will return...
