In addition, a detailed explanation was provided that a layman could understand. This review has been made after 6+ months of work and can therefore state that everything works exactly as it should!
Professional company that cares about doing a nice job. We had just tiled the bathroom and needed to install a dryer loop on the wall. Lai suggested that we move the intended location to avoid drilling in the middle of the tile. Just a small detail that shows that great care for the customer is important. There are times when they have rejected a job because they can't be sure it will be good, it also shows an honesty that is rare. Many would just take the job and your money instead of telling it like it is
