Super cool gym, with all the equipment needed there. The people who work there are great and nice atmosphere in the gym. Highly recommended!
The gym itself is okay, but the owner’s attitude ruins the experience. He carries himself with a big ego and often comes across as passive aggressive and condescending. Instead of motivating, he talks down to people, and it feels like he is rude and envious of those better than him. What’s worse, he openly admits to watching the cameras from home and then confronting members about small things, which feels more like spying than managing. Many members I’ve talked to have shared similar feelings, but I felt I should be the first to leave a review. Overall, the atmosphere becomes uncomfortable when he’s around.
Absolutely excellent gym! The equipment is top-quality and extremely varied, covering all types of training. The entire facility is super clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere is really positive and motivating. You can also find drinks and supplements available on site, which is a great bonus. Honestly, it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to — I wish we had something like this in France!
This has to be one of the coolest gyms I have been too. It has a wide selection of quality equipment, and some unique equipment I have never seen at the big chains. The owners take pride in keeping it clean, organized, and well maintained. The gym is not far from public transportation, and being part of the sport center means there is plenty of parking and other activities to make a trip worth your while even if this is not your neighborhood gym. My sambo and I have been taking personal training from here, and have been very happy with the results 💪
