My unit had worked flawlessly for 4 years before I chose to have a service with this company. Before that, I had another one that didn't have a suitable time to offer during that period, so I chose KLIMATteam. They did their service but it changed things. After a while I noticed 1. a lot of screws under the outer part, 2. the hose where the condensation comes out was attached so that the opening was straight up. A few months later the unit stopped cooling and heating properly. I asked KLIMATteam for a troubleshooting and here they say that it works but that I don't know how to set it up properly. Strange that I haven't had that problem in 4 years...but okay, let it go. I still don't think it cools properly and now it has stopped working completely, lights flashing. So I'm about 4200 SEK poorer and need to hire someone else for further troubleshooting and action...
