Incredibly satisfied with my heat pump and the entire transaction. A calm quote meeting that radiated confidence in Gunnar as a salesperson and then an incredibly fast installation that started at 6:30 and was finished at 11:30. The house has never been so perfect in its heating, and a very energy-efficient heat pump. And I compared 5 different companies and Rotek was the cheapest, although their heat pump was more powerful than the others without compromising on quality.

Just got a Thermia Atec 9 with a Total compact indoor unit installed. The installation took just over 7 hours and then they removed the old boiler. Nice craftsmen who did a great job! The installation was a couple of weeks behind schedule but nothing surprising considering the current circumstances with a high demand for heat pumps. The only negative is that I should have poured a foundation for the outdoor unit which unfortunately was not done. This is partly my fault but it could have been clearer from Rotek that it is best to do so. Lots of top reviews but I can only say that I have no objections and I am completely satisfied so far! Will update on the pump's function when it has been running for a while. Edit: It has now been a year. The pump is in good condition where it is so pouring was not necessary. Electricity consumption has been lower on all points in the calculation basis I received. The pump was estimated to draw 7300 kWh but only drew 5900 kWh. The winter of 23-24 has not been particularly mild either. Can't be anything other than + one more star.
Installation of heat pump for cooling/ac in small offices. Easy to deal with, received quote quickly and the work could be done 2 weeks later. Was carried out very professionally by certified electricians and technicians. We are really satisfied!
