I had a great time working with Sonali Chouhan as my realtor while buying a new home and selling our flat. From the start, her friendly and professional vibe made everything feel so much easier. My 5 stars go to Max Nilsson. A fantastically talented broker. Humble, positive and really gives a confident impression. Max's greatest strength is his understanding and that he doesn't put any pressure on you to sell your home. This is unique among many of today's brokers. I highly recommend Max to all of you who are going to buy/sell your home.
Ossie is an embarrassing joke. You'll have to look for a more dishonest broker. Everything from how the contact regarding the final inspection took place to how the communication has been all the way up to today. Takes no responsibility, never answers emails unless you nag like you do to your three-year-old and represents dishonest companies that get away with lying when Ossie can't or won't do anything about it.
I want to give the best recommendations to the broker Felix. A very great guy who helped us throughout the whole process when we bought an apartment and is probably at least as good for the seller! Best! 😃
