Disaster. The guy who did the inspection came to an almost clinically clean kitchen but was looking for problems with a flashlight and was poorly educated about materials that are food approved. He acted like a policeman instead of being informative. Joakim.

Nomor has professional and friendly pest controllers. You can get an appointment quickly. The thing that keeps them from getting 5 stars is that they can't give an exact time when they'll arrive. It's a 5 hour span, which is too much.

We have a rat in the inner wall. At first only along a very small area. But now it is moving around both in the basement and on the ground floor. It has dug passages along the wall and between the floors. Despite Nomor having made a number of visits to our house. And every time Nomor has failed with its "control", the problems with the rat have grown. Our fear that the rat will destroy the electricity and water pipes is great and it already feels like we will have to pay a six-figure sum for Nomor's failed Cat & Rat game... The sound of a rat gnawing in the wall at night has kept us awake for far too many hours. This has been going on since the end of January. The first time a girl from Nomor came here and said it was just a mouse and then she left without taking any action. The second time a guy came and set out some traps that are still empty. The third time another came and put some poison. Probably too little poison for the rat as he said himself...thank goodness we noticed that after the Rat expanded considerably. The fourth time was also unsuccessful. On Thursday evening we discovered that it is now also wreaking havoc behind our kitchen counter. We called Nomor to say that we wanted a visit during the day. It will be difficult, Nomor said, but we will get back to you as soon as we know more. My wife called Nomor again late in the afternoon when we realized that we would be without help all weekend. Yes...so we couldn't come today so we will come on Monday was the answer we got. Last night the rat had bitten its way into our household garbage. So now we have had to make makeshift traps ourselves and net the entire cupboard where we keep the garbage. In a way I admire the Rat, because unlike Nomor, it does its job!
