I haven’t seen such incompetence, after waiting for so long the person answers and hung up.
Extremely rude and not helpful at all. Racially profiled me as I was trying to renew my Bankid, assumed I didn’t have a swedish ID or citizenship before even asking me for it. I am employed and have been getting my paycheques to LF for months and have been paying rent through LF etc etc, yet the lady still claimed she can’t see any transactions and that I need to have a job to renew BankID???? She refused to help and sent me away with nothing. Last time I checked you don’t need a job to get a BankID
The customer service at this office has always been excellent. How good the general bank and insurance services are is another topic. This review is 5/5 for the customer service at this location.
Horrible service when you need help! Paying maximum coverage for our house and when a problem arise no compensation at all! Will definitely change insurance for both home and car !
BUSINESS BANKING CLIENT I can't begin to say enough terrible things about the LF banking system. To summarize today (and not other days of comparable ineptitude and nonsense) I spend 3 hours, both over-the-phone and in-person, problem solving with tons of customer service and empathy and 0% solution finding. This is an insurance company that plays banker. I would not trust them with your money, especially if you are doing international banking and payments (international defined as not in Sweden). We are migrating all our business and personal accounts from this childish representation of a banking service and partner.
