Called for help regarding travel insurance and received a wonderful service. Furthermore, the process of applying and receiving compensation was smooth. Now this was part of the insurance on my card, but after this experience I might consider taking out insurance with them.

Took additional insurance via the web hall on AirPods with 0kr in excess according to the sale. Turns out it only applies in the event of a burglary?? How often do you lose your AirPods due to a burglary and then the home insurance also applies. So bad and false marketing. Lousy and a scam

Insurance has become expensive In 2016 it was 2426;- per year In 2022 it was supposed to be 8100;- got it down to 7360:- per year, when the insurance was taken out it was one of the best insurance on the market, now it is the second most expensive of the insurance companies. Whether it is because Trygg-Hansa bought up Moderna, I don't know, but you can guess otherwise I don't know what happened The answer was not an answer to "why the insurance has gone up so much compared to other insurance from one of the best on the market to the second most expensive insurance" /tord

Some information should be given by phone prior to submit their claim instead wasting time and collecting documents. Very simple after the phone the client either proceed with claim or not eligible. That's all
