IF you have the opportunity to choose another landlord than Malmö cityfastigheter in Malmö, do it!!!!! :-/ Malmö cityfastigheter is definitely not a landlord you want to live with. As a tenant, you hardly get any help at all, possibly with a blockage in the sink... Other important things are swept under the carpet or met with super bad arguments - based on a simple unwillingness to deal with things So expect very expensive rents and very bad service if you choose to live with this landlord.
