Nasty company doesn’t care about people
Sheer incompetence meets greedflation. They have absolutely no reason to raise the rents as much as they do, as they regularly brag about how they're making record profits, yet they blatantly ignore protests from those who live in their apartments.
Will never ever rent apartment from MKB again. Not only they are expensive but make frauds and rob you in daytime. Pierre Larsson husvård from MKB is so arrogant and rude. I have complained many times about his behavior. Even their customer service office in trianglen is unprofessional and show childish behavior. If you rent MKB apartment then think twice. I have sent letter to their CEO and awaiting respons on this current issue going on in the company.
One of the worst housing rentals, I have reported heating issue 2 weeks back and still no response no help. I have small kids at home suffering because of cold and MKB has no one to help with heating issue. Useless, pathetic service at Limhamn. Waste of money.
Don't pay back your deposit unless you ask for it. Even then you are being told it will take couple of weeks. This is unsustainable for a big company.
